However I saw the opportunity that this business gave to other people and I decided to make this business a career. Since joining the business I have travelled to France, Belgium, Tenerife, Faro, and Vegas. My future goals for the business is to open my office in the first quarter of this year, buy properties, provide for my family and eventually buy my dream car a Ferrari! I’d say to anyone give it a go! Not only have I travelled a lot I have won numerous awards, and made a lot of money. This business has taught me many skills, such as leadership, planning, finance, public speaking and how to have a positive attitude!

The progression, uncapped earnings and the people you meet along the way are the biggest things that I like about this business. I would advise everyone to ask lots of questions, get the an¬swers, work hard, have fun and make it happen. My greatest highlight whilst being within the business was being able to support my mum and pay the mortgage which is something I wouldn’t have been able to do in any other role. Obviously my progression to Assistant Ownership was a high¬light, but developing a crew leader in some ways felt better. The steps that I took was to commit, told my¬self I was going to progress and did anything and everything it took to do it. I saw some progressions to ownership and as¬sistant ownership within a few weeks which opened my eyes, and Zeeshan helped me a lot, but seeing some vice presidents enjoying the rewards that building a successful business can bring had a big impact on me. My goal is to run a successful organization and open offices in the United Kingdom over the next few years before moving to America with the business.
This was until I was made redundant. With little warning I had lost my job. What I love about the business In one word is progression. I can move as fast or slow as I want. In my past roles it was up to management if I was promoted to the next stage. With ARK it is in my hands and providing I meet the right criteria I will progress to the next stage. When I first started, I worked closely with the right people. This allowed me to share and devlope the right things and to take control early. My greatest highlight in the business is to see the people I helped to progress. I networked extensively whilst in the development programme. To use that knowledge to help another is a very rewarding feeling! My advice to people starting the within this industry is to know what you want and know your reason. Is it to enjoy a better lifestyle, the future of your family, or something different? Having a reason to work hard will drive you to succeed and give your 100% effort. My plan is to progress to assistant owner in the near future. The motto I live by is - Failure is not an option!
